Passionate about meditation and yoga, Lisa loves introducing people to a variety of meditation styles, including breath work, guided meditation and mantra based meditations. She is currently teaching a gentle yoga and meditation at Flatbed Farm in Glen Ellen the first Saturday of every month at 9:30am. There is an art to aligning the mind, body and spirit, that once tapped into, can bring a shine to the mind — and inner peace to the heart.

Founder and visionary behind Euphoria, Gayle has launched several yoga ventures, including yoga studios in the US and France, a wellness and fitness coaching business, and an international retreat business, Exotic Yoga Retreats. Gayle’s journey into the world of yoga began in 1984 when she discovered the joy of Savasana and the fascinating alignment principles in Iyengar Yoga. She has taught Iyengar, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga in the US and around the world for more than 3 decades.

Susie Fazlollahi is a seasoned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 25 years of experience and unique certifications in mindful eating and yoga. Combining evidence-based science with the principles of mindfulness, Susie offers a distinctive approach to topics such as menopause, metabolic health, gut health, blood sugar management, and overall well-being. She teaches these subjects through a mindful eating lens, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, deepen awareness of hunger cues, and savor each bite with intention. Joanna Brown

Joanna is a Physical Therapist, Meditation and Yoga Instructor with decades of experience in practices that promote Mind, Body, Spirit integration for ultimate healing. 

Joanna teaches a slow flow yoga sequence which incorporates traditional Hatha yoga asana, Pranayama practices, Mudras and Chakra clearing to activate the subtle body. Tina Rath is a Bay Area certified SATYA yoga teacher and visual artist who often describes what she does as being in the transformation business. Janine Fondiller

Janine Fondiller is a Master Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience and a unique, cross-disciplinary approach to the practice and teaching of Pilates. Janineʼs approach is informed and inspired by her many years as a dancer, aerialist, yoga practitioner and athlete. In addition to private sessions, and group classes she also leads teacher trainings, and retreats.

Janine has been leading Pilates and Yoga retreats since 2016. The retreat experiences she leads offer a nurturing and supportive environment for deepening practice, supporting personal growth, cultivating space for joy and ease, and creating community.
