Our sessions are gentle, breath-oriented, loving adventures into the inner imagination & underworld of the body. A fresh seasonal breakfast will be waiting, post-yoga.

Afternoons are leisurely & full of exploratory opportunities in this rural area of Portugal. Choose your own adventure. Check out a local village, go for a swim in the farm's freshwater lake, drive to a gorgeous beach, hike along the coastline, go surfing, indulge in an afternoon siesta, or just sit and listen to the sound of the waves.
