Keep a color copy of your passport in your luggage and carry-on.
For the plane: ear plugs & eye mask, water bottle & healthy snacks. Hand lotion & eye drops if needed.
Clothing
Mountain temperatures vary, so pack layers
Bring a rain poncho or light jacket - or buy one in Verbier if it’s needed
Scarf or beanie for plane ride over and evening mountain walks
Yoga layers for changeable weather… we will do yoga inside and out in nature
Shorts, pants, tanks, t-shirts, sweatshirt
Shoes
Sandals for going to yoga and pool
Light hiking shoes (depending on your comfort with mountainous terrain, you might like heavier support and/or tread)
Be careful not to bring brand new shoes that are not worn in or comfortable.Pair of comfortable dress shoes for dining or evening attire.
Dress for dinner
It’s lovely when guests change out of their yoga clothes for dinner ~ it creates a wonderful, celebratory atmosphere.

Many people, including experienced travelers, notice that after a long flight and the excitement ahead, it takes a few days for their body processes to return to normal. Digestive enzymes + probiotics can help keep you normal… constipated yoga is no fun.
