Day 9

Today is the big day… a 3 to 4 hour ascent up to the spectacular cliff-side Taksang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest). Clinging to the rock face some 2,700 feet above the valley floor, this famous monastery seems suspended both in time and in the air. A journey like no other. (Expect stairs and elevation and breath taking views!)
