Start you're Saturday with a gentle stretch, a bit of strength to energize your body and awaken your senses, then cool down with a chill meditation, it’s a gift to treat yourself, bring your partner or a friend to flow with you!
All levels of experience welcome.
Shop Flatbed Farm before or after the yoga & check out the Sonoma Regional Park for a hike.
Mats, blocks and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your favorite yoga supplies.
