Thank you, for selling out our February Sound Healing! Step into the ethereal glow of the March 2026 Full Moon at FlatBed Farm for an enchanting evening of sound healing and reflection. This powerful moon invites self-reflection, rejuvenation, and an expansion of self-worth, confidence, and creativity.
As moonlight dances across the fields, gather in the warmth of the FlatBed Farm barn—an intimate sanctuary nestled in the heart of wine country. Lying down cozy in your space, allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gentle percussion, and melodic chimes to wash over you, harmonizing mind, body, and spirit beneath the moon’s quiet gaze.
Bob & Amelia’s sound healing experience is like no other. The evening begins at 5:30 pm with time to settle into the beauty of the farm, followed by the sound healing journey from 5:45–6:45 pm. Afterwards, linger and connect over a farm-fresh tea during a ceremonial community closing toast. Don’t miss out on this evening of celestial harmony at FlatBed Farm—a moonlit sanctuary for renewal, connection, and creative awakening.

Start you're Saturday with a gentle stretch, a bit of strength to energize your body and awaken your senses, then cool down with a chill meditation, it’s a gift to treat yourself, bring your partner or a friend to flow with you!
All levels of experience welcome.
Shop Flatbed Farm before or after the yoga & check out the Sonoma Regional Park for a hike.
Mats, blocks and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your favorite yoga supplies.
