Start you're Saturday with a gentle stretch, a bit of strength to energize your body and awaken your senses, then cool down with a chill meditation.
All levels of experience welcome.
Shop Flatbed Farm before or after the yoga & check out the Sonoma Regional Park for a hike.
Mats, blocks and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your favorite yoga supplies.

As the moonlight dances upon the fields, join us for a one-hour sound healing journey into serenity and harmony at the Flatbed Farms Barn. Nestled in the heart of wine country, our natural indoor sanctuary in the farm barn invites you to unwind and connect with the rhythm of the cosmos. Lying down cozy in your space allows the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gentle percussion, and melodic chimes to wash over you -- harmonizing mind, body, and spirit. Near the gaze of the moon we invite you to be a part of this restorative experience. Reserve your spot for an evening of celestial harmony at Flatbed Farm—a sanctuary where the soul finds its serenade. Bob & Amelia’s experience is like no other. The evening starts at 5:30 pm to settle in the beauty of the farm, 5:45 - 6:45pm sound healing experience, then linger while enjoying a farm fresh tea for a ceremonial community closing toast to the evening. The full moon is a place of self reflection and rejuvenation and this February Moon amplifies self-worth, confidence and creativity.
